Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date. This deposit secures your time and covers preparation.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to one new date if notice is given within this timeframe.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are not eligible for deposit transfer.

Day-Of Cancellations or No-Shows
If a session is canceled the day of or you do not attend, the full session fee is due, as the time has been exclusively reserved for you.
